Ball sliders suit light load, high speed & low noise applications like automation and 3D printers. Roller sliders feature high rigidity, heavy load capacity and impact resistance for CNC machines and woodworking equipment.
Z0 zero preload: low resistance for simple conveyors; Z1 light preload eliminates clearance for CNC & packaging machines; Z3 heavy preload for ultra-precision 5-axis machines and inspection equipment.
Insufficient lubrication, dust contamination, unparallel mounting base or damaged steel balls. Install self-lubrication and double dust-proof accessories, re-calibrate mounting surface or replace defective sliders.
Sliders with double dust seals and scrapers, stainless steel rails or anti-rust coating are recommended. E2 self-lubrication units prevent chips and powder entering circulation circuits.
Custom cut-to-length available. Max single rail length is 6m; longer stroke adopts spliced rails with professional joint processing.
Flange sliders with through holes have low mounting height and balanced load; high-profile sliders offer higher load capacity; low-profile sliders fit narrow internal equipment space.

Check flatness of mounting base, evenly tighten bolts, clean foreign particles inside circulation paths, replenish grease and correct rail parallelism.
