The RGW35HC flange roller guide block is a precision linear motion component engineered for high-rigidity, heavy-load applications. Built on the RG roller series platform, it uses four rows of cylindrical rollers at a 45-degree contact angle to deliver significantly higher stiffness and load capacity than ball-type guides of the same size. The flange-type mounting surface accepts bolts from either the top or bottom, simplifying design and installation on 35 mm RG series rails (RGR35). This RGW35HC flange roller guide block provides smooth, accurate linear motion with long service life for demanding machine and automation duty.

Built-In Ball Retainer, Interchangeable Structure

Integrated micro steel ball retainer prevents balls falling off when disassembling the block from rail, convenient for installation, maintenance and replacement. Same precision grade rails & blocks can be freely matched, no need to pair as original sets, greatly reduce spare parts inventory cost.

Ultra-Low Friction, Smooth & Low Noise Movement

Superfinishing grinding on rail raceway surface, friction coefficient ≤0.003; rolling friction instead of sliding friction, low driving force, high-speed stable operation, running noise ≤45dB, suitable for silent precision testing equipment.

How to select preload grade Z0/Z1/Z3 for sliders?

Z0 zero preload: low resistance for simple conveyors; Z1 light preload eliminates clearance for CNC & packaging machines; Z3 heavy preload for ultra-precision 5-axis machines and inspection equipment.

What causes abnormal noise of linear guides & sliders? How to fix it?
