CNC guide rail grinder is a machine suitable for grinding guide rail surfaces of various shapes, especially for grinding guide rail surfaces after heat treatment. It adopts FANUC CNC system, with manual CNC input and programmable automatic grinding cycle function, which can simultaneously achieve convex and concave grinding. The vertical and horizontal movements of the grinding head are driven by DC servo motors, which have functions such as fast movement, micro and periodic feed, fault self diagnosis, etc., and are displayed through CRT.
